FOUC Safari?

The Flash of Unstyled Content (FOUC) has traditionally been an IE/PC problem, and one with a solution.

Recently I’ve been seeing it in Safari, once or twice a day many times a day. Anybody know what the deal is?

    I am really new to web design started in just 2004 and I have just today in July of 2005 encountered a couple “old” articles regarding FUOC. I looked at the html and I looked at the stylesheet and was wondering why the @import is printed at the top of the stylesheet?? Is it needed? Surely deleting this information could only help the situation.
